Donald Wilson

I am returning to painting after 42 years as a restauranteur, Librarian and college administrator. My family is all up and away and I can devote my time to what I love to do best.

My Artist Statement

My passion is seascapes, water views and landscapes. I live on Long Island, NY. I summer on the east end on the water and that is where I get my inspiration. We are also surrounded by farms that go back to Colonial days, providing many subject. And, scenes of Italy, mostly Umbria and Sicily.
