she hit pause studios

Brooklyn based Polaroid artist, Matt Schwartz, has been photographing his whimsical images of girls, surfing, vintage finds, Coney Island and beach culture for the past 7 years. His work has been described as "walking into a dream or memory." Matt take large-format Polaroids, pulls apart the film and the rubs the negative onto watercolor paper, creating a Polaroid transfer. He has worked with Anthropologie, Levi's, Billabong, The Ace Hotel - New York, and has been featured in such publications as InStyle, W Magazine, NYLON and Refinery 29.
