Katherine Sutcliffe Mosaics

Katherine Sutcliffe is a retired USA Today Bestselling novelist of 35+ novels. She also worked as Consultant Head Writer for two Daytime Television Dramas. She now is a full time mosaic artist and jewelry designer. Most recently she was chosen to be included in the next edition of Mosaic Madness from New Art Review. New Art Review highlights the hottest new talent in visual art for those looking for the latest upcoming investment art.

My Artist Statement

For my mosaics, I strive to incorporate classic old world beauty and detail into my major mosaic pieces along with a splash of contemporary for today's decor. I cut all my mosaic tiles with a hammer and hardie, the same tools that were used a thousand years ago by mosaic artists. For my jewelry and belt buckles I strive to offer unique and often quirky designs that will not only make a statement but reflect a sense of contemporary style.
