UV cured acrylic inks. Rare, true-flatbed application for ultimate image clarity. Mounting: I attach brackets to the back that hang easily on nails, screws or hooks and allow the artwork to "float" slightly off the wall, giving the artwork an attractive element of depth. Description: It can be difficult to find an abstract painting that has the very random, energetic elements you would expect from an abstract design, while still incorporating some traditional elements like a focal point and recognizable subject matter. With 'Green Valley 2' Megan has effectively done both, even leaning toward the far end of "abstract" while still bridging the gap and showing trees, a trail or river fading off into a vanishing point, and natural, Earthy elements, like the landscape coloring and the hint of a sunset. This is a gorgeous contemporary piece that you can truly get lost in - enjoy the great outdoors from the comfort of your urban loft! The striking colors, attractive matte finish and durable metal medium work beautifully in a living space, office, home, restaurant, hospitality, or restaurant display. Megan Duncanson is one of our newest designers to join the Modern Crowd family, with a collection of designs exclusive to our line of metal giclée prints that we make right here in our studio in Cincinnati, Ohio.
