After Furuya Korin, "Patterns of Plants and Flowers from Nature," published 1907. The original by this master of woodblock printing was done with ink, color and metallic pigments on paper. It resides in the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Mine is done with oil-based ink, printed with a technique called "viscosity" which prints all the colors and the uniform background color at the same time, then an overlay of watercolor is added.
