Southwestern Native American Style Mosaic Wall Decor Cow Skull with Mother of Pearl and Arizona Turquoise

This beautiful mosaic cow skull has a forehead focal made with turquoise howlite teardrop beads set in a silver pewter bezel that is surrounded by red howlite and stabilized turquoise beads. A coral disc is placed in center of the bezel and surrounded by red coconut beads. The skull is covered with tiny mother of pearl shards, each carefully hand placed. Arizona turquoise chips, pebbles, and nuggets are placed at the top of the skull, around the base of the horns, and down the center nose bone, this area of chips lined with the red coconut beads. The eye sockets are lined with turquoise heishi and jasper beads. Glass pony beads in sienna and black were added for an extra pop of color. The horns were sanded and finished with clear Polyurethane varnish for gloss and protection, then the entire mosaic-ed area was covered with a diamond glaze for added protection and ease of cleaning when necessary. Measurements: 19 inches from tip of horn to tip of horn 20 inches from top of head to bottom of chin Free shipping via UPS to lower 48 states
