A stunning showpiece for any home, this copper honey bee sculpture can be hung flat or mounted so that it floats off the wall, allowing reflected light to shine through the semi-translucent honey and producing a stained glass effect. Delicate hand hammering and forming were used to transform copper sheet into the body of the bee, complete down to the tiniest detail. The wings and honey are made of hand tinted and cast polyester resin. The bee is attached to the honeycomb by a stainless steel threaded rod which is welded to the abdomen for stability. The bee can be removed and the head, thorax, and abdomen can be separated. The honeycomb is 30 inches wide and the bee is 8 inches long. Additional shipping charges may apply based on your location.
