My View, April 2001, remembers when the architecture was still being criticized. I actually could see the towers from where I live, and I painted them the April before that September morning. Seeing the skylinre there still hurts. The painting is 34inches high by 36 inches wide, acrylic on stretched canvas. The framed dimensions are 36 by 40 inches. With a shadow frame none of the painting is cut off by the frame.

The painting is signed and dated on the back. I send a letter of provenance which increases the value of the work. All my artwork is copyrighted by Eleanor Gilpatrick. Copyright is nontransferable through the purchase of artwork.
