I graduated from Moore College of Art in Philadelphia in 1978. I worked as a fashion artist and courtroom sketch artist until I decided to study painting full time. I studied painting at The Art Students league of New York from 1987-1989 on a merit scholarship. I continue to study and have taken many landscape and figurative private workshops with nationally known artists. I show at galleries in and around Philadelphia as well as galleries in South Carolina and New Jersey . I teach at The Wayne Art Center and just placed as a finalist in the Bright Light Publishing national still life competition.
I love to paint form life and capture fleeting beauty . Whether a sunrise or sunset or summer roses, i love to paint things that do not last.
