About Daniel Lednicer

After retiring from many years devoted to the search for new medicinal agent, organic chemist Dan Lednicer went back to the art work he had last pursued in his teen age years and again took up pastel paintings. In 2001 he branched out into miniature pastels, and in 2011 added miniature gouache to his repertory. Dan is an Emeritus Member of the Miniature Painters and Gravers Society of Washington DC (MPSGS). He is perhaps better known among chemists for the 17 technical books that bear his name on their spine
