Fiddlehead Season Fiddlehead Season
$ 230.00 In stock
Product description: If you stalk the wild asparagus, you've probably had fiddleheads for a springtime treat. Not everyone likes them. To me they are similar to asparagus but more earthy tasting and good with lots of butter and salt and pepper. The season is a short one. This is done with oils and cold wax.
