Sunset In Purple original PMS oil painting on canvas Sunset In Purple original PMS oil painting on canvas
$ 335.00 In stock
Product description: This is a completely unique and original abstract oil painting on canvas. This painting incorporates techniques and an aesthetic I have been working to perfect over the years. The colors are vibrant and alive and the texture on the edges is highly tactile and almost edible. This piece is an exercise in simplicity and harmony of color. The colors streak, mix and overlap on the surface creating subtle depth and thick texture. Multiple layers exist on this piece that make it dynamic to look at. This painting reminds me of a vibrant and intensely colorful sunset reflecting upon the water in some tropical paradise. It is a calming and warm piece that is the perfect accent for your space. Note: This painting is painted on wood and does not come framed. However, the sides of the piece are painted purple and with the texture on the edges of the piece, framing is not recommended but up to the preference of the collector. This painting is signed on the front and includes my Certificate of Authenticity. © 2018 PMS Artwork. All rights reserved.

Preston’s work has transitioned from moody pop surrealist paintings into vibrantly colorful, tactile, highly textured and almost "edible"abstract works. His mantra for his abstract work is "color, texture, and beauty", and his work and life have been an expression of moving from darkness into light. Preston’s work has been showcased alongside...read more
