It is part of a series of highly textured, semi-design oriented pieces on recycled wood/particle board panels. This diptych has huge sweeping, streaking, and textured color that is mesmerizing to the eye and dares you to touch it. It is a unification of highly textured painterly and design techniques I have been developing over the years. The texture in this series is extreme and the colors are vibrant and bold, incorporating two of my favorite and unique styles that I have been developing over the years. It is an energetically exciting series that has structure, depth, and feeling. It is a unique and powerful abstract diptych like no other. Note: This painting series is painted on thin pieces of recycled particle board and is not framed, but comes hang ready with the sides painted black.
