Product description:This is the 34th in a new series of acrylic works on canvas. I began painting many years ago with acrylics and work with acrylics when doing outdoor public works, but this is the first time I have revisited acrylic painting on canvas in many years. It has always been my interest in expanding on the tools that I have as an artist and constantly evolving as a painter. This piece is a completely unique and original abstract acrylic painting on canvas. It is an exercise in fluid painting. This piece is bursting with energy and movement. It is an exercise in modern liquid paint immersion. The colors swirl and dance with each other as minor cracks emerge, giving subtle depth and texture. There is a strong contrast between bold, defined color forms and the subtle fading and mixing of color in other parts of the painting. This piece is even more vibrant in person and has a smooth surface with subtle texture that is highly touchable. It is the 34th in my new series of abstract acrylic works. Note: This painting is painted on canvas and does not come framed, however the painting continues on the edges of the canvas and therefore framing is not necessary. It is hang ready.
