Product description:Hobnail Hobnail shows a grouping of vintage hobnail glassware arranged on an antique table. Window light illuminates a pitcher and tumblers from the left. Venetian blinds cast shadows on the wall behind. Morning sunlight shines through our front windows in the winter months. I moved furniture in our study to create this corner space. Several still life compositions were tried and a few photographed. Eventually the light moved and the session was over. The table and hobnail style glassware have been in the family since the 1920s or earlier. Hobnail sas created on Ektachrome sheet film in a vintage 8x10 view camera mounted with a 210mm/f-5.6 lens.
