Product description:ackie's Lilly Jackie's Lilly shows a single Calla Lilly seen against a background of window blinds. Strong diagonal lines bring visual movement and drama to the composition. Sunlight streaming through the window illuminates the bloom directly while casting shadows on a table. An older church member brought an arrangement of these flowers from her garden to decorate a table at a social function. Afterwards, she was reluctant to let me take any home to photograph, but was finally persuaded to part with a few stems. I made several images of this and other single blooms by the window in our dining room at home. The first print of this image was presented to Jackie a few weeks later and brought her to gentle tears of joy. This black and white image was created on Kodak T-Max 100 film in a 4x5 inch Zone VI view camera mounted with a 90mm/f-8 Nikkor lens. Exposure data is not recorded. The negative has been digitally scanned and is presented here as an archival ink-jet print. 8x10 $175 Matted 11x14 $275 Matted 16x20 $400 Ships Rolled
